Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and modern, though a bit of paint could freshen them up. They were spacious enough for three of us with firm beds and a tub in the bathroom. The location was fantastic, not too busy with friendly people, offering easy access to various activities. The dining experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The service staff were fantastic at their job and made our wedding day stress-free.
The hotel was warm and clean, but the receptionist didn't offer help with my bags. The rooms were generally tired but clean. The location was excellent, just outside Dunkeld village with friendly people. The dining experience was mixed, with some nice options but needing improvements. Facilities need updates, and the carpet at reception is worn.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were extremely dated and in poor condition, with dirt on the mirrors and worn-out furnishings. The noise from outside, especially the bus engine and loud travelers, made it hard to get a good night's rest. The service, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed due to a shortage of staff. The location was excellent for exploring the surroundings, but the dining experience left much to be desired with tasteless food. Overall, not worth the £80 paid for one night.
The hotel is located in a stunning part of Scotland, offering beautiful walks and easy access to landmarks. Rooms were initially unsatisfactory but improved after moving to a nicer room. The dining experience was excellent with an additional charge for certain items. The hotel's location is ideal for walkers and climbers, with a short distance to local shops and the arts center.
